Revering the Mission
Well, I've got a surprise for you!
For those who don't know, there is a program offered here on the Workshop, a very special one called "The Santa Claus Initiative." This program is tailored for those who desire to go above and beyond the regular Santa Claus portrayel. This focuses on character building, staying true to source material, and creating awareness in different areas.
As part of Season 03, I filmed three of the four parts. A year after releasing the first two, I edited and released the second. Finally, just today the fourth part is now offered on the website for ALL MEMBERS WITH A LOGIN (If you haven't already, sign up and I'll get you access). That's right. All you have to do is log in to the website and you can view not just the final part, but all the videos from The Santa Claus Initiative.
These four videos teach the fundamentals of how and why I portray Santa Claus while encouraging others to push themselves each year. We have so much time outside of the season we can spend learning, enhancing, and developing skills. It is my hope that you sit down with a glass of milk and some cookies, put up your feet, grab a notebook, and watch this now complete series.
On a related and slightly different note, the website is going through some changes. I hope these changes encourage more people to log on and use the resources compiled here. Please don't hesitate to comment on the blog posts any thoughts/questions you might have. A comment section is now included for each video on the website, please reach out there as often as you'd like.

Well, first of all, thank you for the fantastic work in making "The Santa Claus Initiative" parts 1 through 4. I just finished reviewing all 4 videos. Great information for anyone just becoming a Santa Claus or even for Santa's with years of experience.
As always, I am amazed of the amount of knowledge and research you've packed into your videos. I enjoy watching them and learn something new or refresh my memory every time I view them.
I have become a better representative of the man at the North Pole through the Santa Claus Workshop and have made a vow to myself to continue to improve my portrayal.
